There are paintings that speak volumes.
And then there's FADYLAA

She is not trying to please. She is not asking for anything.
She is there. Present. Solid. Silent, but sovereign.

It doesn't shine, it radiates.
His nobility is not a pose, it is a way of being in the world.
She knows the scorching of the land, the long and arduous roads,
But she chooses to remain upright, grounded, dignified.

Tensions appear within the material.
Surprises, pigments that pierce the surface — almost metallic, unexpected.
A truth is surfacing, silently.

At the heart of Fadylaa, a stone—an orthoclase carved by Yvette, a woman standing, forged by fire, formed to be reborn. Through the alchemy of memory, a part of this painting becomes momentum.Momentum for those who, in silence, reshape their destiny.
A gesture to allow other hands to sculpt light in stone.

10% of the Fadylaa prize will be used to provide Yvette and the survivors with a new pruning machine.
So that the transmission does not die out. So that the queens continue to rise.

If Fadylaa calls to you, if you hear in her silence this sweet murmur, you can open a space for her and welcome her into your home.

Each painting is a passage. Each glance, an offering.
